Cheviot home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Cheviot fell by $13,700 while total sales decreased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,000 - a 14.3% decrease over the $95,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Cheviot in the first quarter of 2018.
