Mount Healthy home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Mount Healthy rose by $43,501 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,000 - a 81.3% increase over the $53,499 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the first quarter of 2018.
