Dent home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Dent fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 29%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,500 - a 2.5% decrease over the $102,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Dent in the first quarter of 2018.
