Springfield Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Springfield Township rose by $22,750 while total sales increased by 21%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,750 - a 28.8% increase over the $79,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Springfield Township in the first quarter of 2018.
