Finneytown home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Finneytown fell by $73,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 38.8% decrease over the $188,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Finneytown in the first quarter of 2018.
