Monfort Heights East home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Monfort Heights East fell by $12,701 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,500 - a 9.4% decrease over the $135,201 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Monfort Heights East in the first quarter of 2018.
