Springdale home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Springdale fell by $2,250 while total sales increased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,000 - a 1.8% decrease over the $126,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Springdale in the first quarter of 2018.
