Sharonville home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Sharonville fell by $11,500 while total sales increased by 39.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,500 - a 7.4% decrease over the $156,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Sharonville in the first quarter of 2018.
