Greenhills home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Greenhills rose by $26,750 while total sales increased by 185.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,750 - a 22.5% increase over the $119,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Greenhills in the first quarter of 2018.
