Dillonvale home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Dillonvale fell by $26,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,000 - a 14.3% decrease over the $182,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Dillonvale in the first quarter of 2018.
