Pleasant Run Farm home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Pleasant Run Farm rose by $13,250 while total sales decreased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 9% increase over the $146,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Pleasant Run Farm in the first quarter of 2018.
