Amberley Village home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Amberley Village fell by $195,950 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 50.8% decrease over the $385,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Amberley Village in the first quarter of 2018.
