Anderson Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Anderson Township rose by $12,933 while total sales increased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,250 - a 6.3% increase over the $206,317 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Anderson Township in the first quarter of 2018.
