Evendale home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Evendale rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,000 - a 14.8% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Evendale in the first quarter of 2018.
