Terrace Park home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Terrace Park fell by $250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,250 - a 0.1% decrease over the $301,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Terrace Park in the first quarter of 2018.
