Mariemont home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Mariemont rose by $211,800 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $581,750 - a 57.3% increase over the $369,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mariemont in the first quarter of 2018.
