Montgomery home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Montgomery rose by $6,650 while total sales decreased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 1.8% increase over the $368,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Montgomery in the first quarter of 2018.
