Lincoln Heights home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Lincoln Heights fell by $19,045 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $16,000 - a 54.3% decrease over the $35,045 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the fourth quarter of 2017.
