Addyston home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Addyston rose by $4,600 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $13,600 - a 51.1% increase over the $9,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Addyston in the fourth quarter of 2017.
