Elmwood Place home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Elmwood Place fell by $4,900 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 8.9% decrease over the $54,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Elmwood Place in the fourth quarter of 2017.
