Lockland home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Lockland rose by $21,500 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 40.2% increase over the $53,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lockland in the fourth quarter of 2017, as well.
