St. Bernard home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in St. Bernard fell by $37,800 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,200 - a 31.8% decrease over the $119,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in St. Bernard in the fourth quarter of 2017.
