Northbrook home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Northbrook rose by $22,750 while total sales increased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,000 - a 38.4% increase over the $59,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Northbrook in the fourth quarter of 2017.
