Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,500 - a 3.3% increase over the $76,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the fourth quarter of 2017.
