Mount Healthy home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Mount Healthy rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 52.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,000 - a 37% increase over the $63,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the fourth quarter of 2017.
