Golf Manor home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Golf Manor rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,950 - a 57.6% increase over the $56,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Golf Manor in the fourth quarter of 2017.
