North Bend home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in North Bend fell by $2,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,000 - a 1.9% decrease over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in North Bend in the fourth quarter of 2017.
