Pleasant Run Farm home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Pleasant Run Farm fell by $46,300 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,450 - a 29.2% decrease over the $158,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Pleasant Run Farm in the fourth quarter of 2017.
