Greenhills home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Greenhills rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $117,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Greenhills in the fourth quarter of 2017.
