Forest Park home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Forest Park rose by $6,050 while total sales increased by 22.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $118,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Forest Park in the fourth quarter of 2017.
