Bridgetown home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Bridgetown rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,500 - a 34.2% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Bridgetown in the fourth quarter of 2017.
