Norwood home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Norwood fell by $4,200 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,750 - a 3.1% decrease over the $136,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Norwood in the fourth quarter of 2017.
