White Oak home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in White Oak rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 53.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,500 - a 12.9% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in White Oak in the fourth quarter of 2017.
