Reading home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Reading rose by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 17.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 31.4% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Reading in the fourth quarter of 2017.
