Covedale home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Covedale fell by $3,750 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,250 - a 2.6% decrease over the $144,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Covedale in the fourth quarter of 2017.
