Deer Park home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Deer Park fell by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,500 - a 3.1% decrease over the $143,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Deer Park in the fourth quarter of 2017.
