Fairfax home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Fairfax rose by $4,940 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,450 - a 3.5% increase over the $139,511 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Fairfax in the fourth quarter of 2017.
