Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Loveland in Hamilton County fell by $4,100 while total sales increased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,900 - a 2.8% decrease over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Loveland in the fourth quarter of 2017.
