Groesbeck home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Groesbeck rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 21% increase over the $124,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Groesbeck in the fourth quarter of 2017.
