Sharonville home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Sharonville rose by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,750 - a 27.1% increase over the $132,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Sharonville in the fourth quarter of 2017.
