Colerain Township home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Colerain Township rose by $60,800 while total sales increased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,750 - a 54.3% increase over the $111,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Colerain Township in the fourth quarter of 2017.
