Glendale home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Glendale fell by $14,265 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $216,250 - a 6.2% decrease over the $230,515 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Glendale in the fourth quarter of 2017.
