Terrace Park home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Terrace Park fell by $37,450 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 10.8% decrease over the $347,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Terrace Park in the fourth quarter of 2017.
