Madeira home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Madeira fell by $35,000 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 10.4% decrease over the $335,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Madeira in the fourth quarter of 2017.
