Amberley Village home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Amberley Village rose by $117,750 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $328,500 - a 55.9% increase over the $210,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Amberley Village in the fourth quarter of 2017.
