Kenwood home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Kenwood fell by $32,250 while total sales increased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 8.9% decrease over the $362,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Kenwood in the fourth quarter of 2017.
