Wyoming home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Wyoming rose by $37,500 while total sales increased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $282,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Wyoming in the fourth quarter of 2017.
