Evendale home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Evendale rose by $69,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $344,500 - a 25.3% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Evendale in the fourth quarter of 2017.
