Mariemont home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Mariemont rose by $39,550 while total sales decreased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $342,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Mariemont in the fourth quarter of 2017.
