Lincoln Heights home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Lincoln Heights fell by $6,300 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $16,800 - a 27.3% decrease over the $23,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the third quarter of 2017, as well.
